Located in a pleasant setting in a very quiet neighborhood of Nérac, you’re just 100 meters from a 28 km greenway and 600 meters (a 5-minute walk) from the town center. Parking is available at the building. A small entryway (with shoe rack and coat hooks) leads to the living area, which includes a fully equipped kitchenette (tabletop fridge, sink unit, 2-burner hob, extractor, microwave grill, capsule coffee maker, dishes, shelves, fold-away counter), a workspace (shelves, fold-away table), and a sleeping area: fold-away bed, dressing area with 5 shelves and 3 hanging spaces. The bathroom has a shower (80x80), sink, drawer unit, lighted mirror cabinet, towel radiator, hair dryer, and toilet. Electric heating and solar panels. Double glazing. Fan. Portable air conditioner. There’s also a laundry area (washing machine, drying rack) downstairs, and recycling bins. On the ground floor, a private garden with a terrace (2 sun loungers, table and chairs, rolling cart), screened by hedges. In summer, a locked shelter is available for 2 bikes or a small scooter (on request in winter).
